PP11 Terms and Conditions – Rules and Player Rights

By accessing and using the platform PP11, available at pp11.world, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to all Terms and Conditions set forth herein, as well as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gaming of the platform.

Use of the services of the PP11 — including Sports Betting, live casino games, crash games, roulette, and any other available mode — automatically implies acceptance of these terms in their most current version. If the user disagrees with any part of this document, they must immediately stop using the platform and request account closure through support.

The PP11 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated via the registered email and platform notification at least 7 calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate legal compliance is required.

Registration at PP11 is permitted exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be subject to any court or administrative order that prohibits participation in gambling or Sports Betting;
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or first-degree relative of an employee or partner of PP11;
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account login credentials. The PP11 cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or using public devices without logging out.

The PP11 is committed to complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. To that end, identity verification documents may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or when irregular activity is suspected.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, passport, or federal professional card);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie holding your document, following the instructions provided by support;
• Proof of the payment method used for the deposit (for withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00).

Failure to provide verification documents within 72 hours of the request may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete. Any existing real balance in the account will be preserved during this period.

The PP11 only accepts deposits from the account holder. Deposits by third parties are not permitted, including family members, friends, or any other individual or legal entity other than the registered account holder.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit: R$ 50,000.00 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP Platinum and Diamond members upon request);
• Credit timeframe – Pix: instant (typically within 30 seconds);
• Credit timeframe – Boleto: up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit timeframe – Card: within 30 minutes of operator approval;
• Credit timeframe – TED/PicPay/Mercado Pago: up to 1 business hour.

Deposits made using unaccepted methods or from a holder whose details do not match the registered account will be reversed to the sender, and operational fees charged by financial intermediaries may be deducted.

The real balance available in the account PP11 may be withdrawn at any time, with no restrictions related to ongoing bets, except for the rollover conditions applicable to the bonus balance described in section 6.

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00;
• Default method: Pix (CPF key, email, phone, or random key, registered in the user's own name);
• Timeframe: up to 15 minutes after the request for Pix, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Fee: no fees charged by PP11 for withdrawals via Pix;
• Standard daily limit: R$ 10,000.00 (extendable for VIP Platinum and Diamond).

The PP11 may request additional documentation (KYC) before processing high-value withdrawals or in situations where the requester's identity needs to be confirmed. Review in such cases may take up to 48 hours. During the review, the balance remains preserved in the account.

Withdrawal requests made outside banking hours for TED may be deferred to the next business day. To avoid this type of delay, the PP11 recommends using Pix as the primary withdrawal method.

The PP11 offers different types of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, Libertadores-themed promotions, and other seasonal offers. Each promotion has specific rules published on its corresponding page — these rules supplement and, in the event of any conflict, take precedence over the general provisions of this section.

General Bonus Rules

• The bonus balance is kept separate from the real balance in the player's account and displayed distinctly on the dashboard;
• To withdraw bonus balance, the player must complete the rollover (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered) specified in each promotion;
• Bet contributions toward rollover vary by game type: Sports Betting bets generally contribute 100%, while roulette and other casino game bets may contribute between 10% and 20%;
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 30 days after being credited. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after the deadline;
• Each user is entitled to each type of bonus only once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion;
• Cancelled bets, bets on voided events, and bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus rollover.

The PP11 reserves the right to cancel bonuses at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, use of automated systems to artificially generate rollover, or creation of multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses.

Sports Betting at PP11 cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa do Nordeste, state championships, and international competitions), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform.

• Minimum bet: R$ 0.50 per ticket;
• Maximum bet: varies by market, event, and account level — check each game's page for details;
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available;
• Obvious odds errors (such as clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical failure) may be voided by PP11, with the full staked amount refunded;
• Bets on events that are cancelled or not held within 24 hours of the original scheduled time are voided and the stake is returned to the real balance.

Cash Out (early bet settlement) is available on selected markets before and during events. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower or higher than the original stake. Cash Out is not available when the event is suspended or when odds are temporarily unavailable.

The casino games available at the PP11 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, and others), and live tables — are provided by licensed third-party providers and use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories for their automated versions.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is listed on that game's description page;
• Minimum bets vary by game type: from R$ 0.20 on slots and European roulette, and from R$ 0.50 on crash games;
• Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of documented and proven technical error;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round (server disconnection, power outage at the live studio), the round in progress is cancelled and the wagered amount is returned to the player's balance;
• At live tables, the result announced by the dealer on camera is final and takes precedence over any on-screen display that may momentarily differ due to stream delay.

The PP11 does not guarantee winnings in any casino game mode. All games are games of chance with probabilistic outcomes. Past results have no bearing on future results.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the platform PP11. Identifying any of these may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and bonuses, and freezing of the pending balance pending investigation:

• Opening more than one account per CPF or per device/address identified as belonging to the same user;
• Providing false information during registration or in verification documents;
• Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Intentional exploitation of odds errors, system bugs, or technical glitches to gain undue financial advantage;
• Any form of systematic odds arbitrage (arbing) with the primary goal of securing profit regardless of outcome;
• Artificially combining bets on correlated events to manipulate bonuses or rollover;
• Any conduct constituting money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or financial fraud.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via support chat or email. Upon closure, any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix within up to 5 business days, following identity verification if not yet completed.

The PP11 may suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Proven violation of any clause in these Terms;
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the user;
• Identification of fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering;
• Requirement by a judicial authority or competent regulatory body;
• Account inactivity for more than 24 months with no access or transactions.

In the event of closure due to a violation of the Terms, balances arising from irregular activity may be confiscated. Balances originating from legitimate deposits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the PP11 reserves the right to hold them while the investigation is ongoing. The user will be notified by email of the investigation's outcome.

The PP11 is committed to fostering a healthy entertainment environment. The platform offers the following self-control tools, accessible from the user dashboard:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable by the user. Reductions take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour reflection period;
• Loss limit: maximum loss amount per period, after which new bets are blocked;
• Temporary break: from 24 hours to 6 months, activated without needing to contact support;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure upon user request, with an irrevocable period of 5 years.

The PP11 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If an account is found to have been created by someone under 18, it will be immediately closed and all deposited funds returned to the original payment method, without exception.

The processing of personal data of users of PP11 is carried out in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 – LGPD). Data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, which covers platform operation, fraud prevention, experience personalization, and compliance with legal obligations.

• No personal data is sold to third parties;
• Financial data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption;
• The user has the right to access, correct, port, or request the deletion of their data at any time by emailing contato@pp11.world;
• Betting and financial transaction data may be retained for up to 5 years for regulatory audit purposes, even after account closure.

The PP11 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Betting decisions made by the user based on third-party information or their own analysis;
• Internet or device connectivity failures on the user's end that result in unconfirmed bets;
• Force majeure events such as outages in Banco Central do Brasil systems, Pix provider instability, or other disruptions affecting platform operations;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the account holder's own negligence (shared password, use on a public device, etc.);
• Odds fluctuations between the time of analysis and the time of bet confirmation in high-volatility live scenarios.

The maximum liability of the PP11 under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time the claim arose. PP11 is not liable for loss of profits, indirect damages, or moral damages arising from use of the platform.

The PP11 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational changes, regulatory requirements, or improvements in clarity. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 calendar days in advance via email and platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If the user does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date.
