Pix withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. If the Pix hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, check that the Pix key you provided is correct and that your bank account is active for receiving transfers. No. PP11 does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The full amount requested is transferred directly to your Pix key. As with deposits, your bank may or may not charge a fee for receiving Pix, depending on your account type — for the vast majority of accounts in Brazil, receiving Pix is free.

Not directly. Bonus balance must be converted into real balance by meeting the rollover requirements — meaning you need to wager the bonus amount multiplied by the rollover factor specified in the corresponding promotion. Rollover is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, if the bonus is R$ 100.00 with a 5x rollover, you need to place bets totalling R$ 500.00 using your bonus balance. Yes. Each bonus has an expiration date from the moment it is credited to your account — usually between 7 and 30 days, depending on the promotion. If the rollover requirement is not met within that period, the remaining bonus balance is automatically cancelled with no withdrawal rights.
